    This is good stuff. I appreciate you more than all the airy spiritual women that do this thing normally. They spend 15 mins of a 20 minute session talking about "finding yourself and reflecting what you're going to be today, taking all your pain and throwing it away." I don't do this for religion, I'm here for fitness. Coach Vigue gets me

    Sean, I always despised yoga with my wife but your videos are a great into for men! The streches really target issue areas from to much sitting for work.

    Sean I can't thank you enough. My lumbar has been so tight the past week. It takes all I got just to roll out of bed. I couldn't stand up straight, life has been really hard. Then my wife found your channel. After 1 routine I was standing back up straight and ready for work!!! I don't know how else to thank you but I feel really feel I owe you more!!! Thank you again.... So much for real.

    I'm 6'3 My yoga room is about 12x12. I really explore the space with this routine. I couldnt resolve myself to a mere yoga Matt. I'm wall to wall.

    A fantastic stretch , perfect way to end my workout .... Had started with one of your older intermediate yoga workout, followed by one your older 6min ab workout and ended with this amazing full body stretch. Thanks a lot Coach Vigue!

    This workout was perfect for my tight back and sciatica. One problem tho: I went to save it as a favorite on the app (I’m a member) but I couldn’t find it on the app. I want to start doing this every morning and I’m trying to get a collection of favorites but how do I add this one to my list. Any tips appreciated!

      When the video is running click "Save" then go to Library and it should be under "favourites" hope this helped.
