I love your coordinating garments and the pattern review. You gave a great reminder about bringing back fabric from vacation (and thinking outside the box). Thank you!
I began buying fabrics on vacation on my honeymoon to Jamaica in 1971. Years later my teenage daughter needed a dress with an island vibe. She was so proud to wear that dress made from her " parents' honeymoon souvenir fabric! Great ideas Kim.
Thanks for this really informative review and wardrobe capsule suggestions to make for a beach vacation. Im actually in the process of making the summer Caye palazzos or wide leg, depending on how much fabric i have, to wear for my 65th birthday luncheon next week. I was actually looking for a top pattern and I love your pick because as you say it looks like a jumpsuit but is more versatile. Im not sure if i have the Harmony, but I do have many of theirs so I’m sure ill find something without buying another pattern. Have a lovely day, Kim. ❤️🤗 from Kitchener, Ontario.
Wow. I’m not going on vacation nor do I plan on making capture wardrobe, but I love the ideas to make my wardrobe versatile and easy to coordinate. Well done. Thank you!
Great to see a collection of LN patterns together in action! I have some of these patterns. Enjoyed watching the 7-day vacation capsule. The makes looked great on the presenter (photos). Good balance of visual and talking.
Love the beach wrap idea! I have this pattern & your inspiration has got me wanting to get some made! I love your whole capsule! So inspiring thank you!
Great segment today Kim, thank you. The capsule idea is a little overwhelming to me, but you show how it doesn't have to be. Love all your makes that look so great on you. I need to try these Summer Caye pants & shorts! Have a great trip & stay safe!
I just went to Sarasota and found a gem of a fabric store called Pennies. They sell are seasons of fabric. I had a fun time and purchased about 6 pieces.
Years ago, my daughter was in France, and people were rude to her everywhere she went because they didn’t like Americans. She wore her “My Canadian boyfriend gave me this” T-shirt and was treated very well.

Very cute styling. Where do you stay in Mexico? I love the Grand Sillmar in Cabo San Lucas.
I like to bring a T shirt depicting my city or state and a hat or shirt of our baseball team.
Sounds fun! ~K

I bring fabric every vacation lol
😂😂😂
Me too
Has anyone ever made the legs slimmer?
Not sure I can recall seeing that done but I bet you can grade down the legs for a slimmer fit if you'd like. ~K
