    Target your lower body with 15 minutes of lower body focused work on your incline rower. Work your quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves as you row and press your way through this workout.     A video breaking down technique re: all of your rowers with full motion arms would be great Sunny Health and Fitness. I have not seen a video from you doing that but if it exists please tag me, thanks.
