I've been dealing with this pain for almost a decade after my shoulder surgery. All PTs just said to do the exercises and nothing changed. Literally 5 minutes of doing these moves has done more alleviating than all those year combined. Thank you!!!
Interesting. I get left side under shoulder blade pain from time to time often when I’m in my yoga practice. I’ll give these a try. Thanks muchly lovely one!
Very interesting. I started doing yoga and buti yoga seriously a year ago and I had a pain in the right side in that area that wouldn't go away. It seems to finally be gone within the past few weeks but I'll try this anyway. Thanks!
Thanks so much for posting on this topic! I think that this has helped me solve the mystery of my back pain. I get aggravated by the all too typical vinyasa yoga class movement of going from 3 legged dog on an inhale, to exhale bringing my knee to my nose or to either upper arm. What therapeutic exercises could be done to address the twisting motion from the lower body instead of upper body? Thanks !
Me tooo!!! I'm always looking for new ways to move. Repetition creates mastery, sure, but variety creates resilience! To answer your question, I would say start with the glutes. Make sure they're really switched on to stabilise the hip. But also simply being aware and watching your breathing can help!
Thanks for the vid. I'm having it right now since yesterday, the other day it was the left side, but it's gone by itself, now having it on the right side and I can't deep breathe. Doing the exercise reaching the other hand does help and hit the spot, it allows me to deep breathe when reaching to the side, the pain is not gone yet, but maybe later

Will give this a try. Thanks
About a year ago I had a pain similar to that but at the end it turned out to be pleural tuberculosis :(
one reason why it's definitely worthwhile to see a doctor xx hope you're better now!

@@user-lz4qn3gq7u yes pain went away not long after that, just need to rest and not move a certain way, our body has its way to heal by itself. thx.
