    Step 1. Wear it!
    Aromatherapy Component: Find YOUR favorite blend or essential oil that makes you feel good. I can help, or I can send you to some experts in oils. Simply drip oil into black/brown lava rock. (About 2-3 drips)
    Step 2. Start to notice where throughout the day you’re stressing, when do you feel tense?
    Step 3. During those times, pause. Take a deep breath smelling the aroma from your lava rocks, or just by looking at your bracelet, let that breath de-stress your body.
