    We can all benefit from attuning to and resting in our center. This practice has many benefits including being able to rest in the center of our many experiences, internally and externally, and the ability to differentiate or discern between you as awareness or your center and your thoughts, feelings or experiences. This allows us to pause and notice our experiences without getting swept away or reacting in ways that create suffering and dis-regulation. This practice can help us feel more connected to ourselves, others, the environment and the world. Connection is key to the survival and happiness of each and every one of us. Enjoy!
