As an ex security officer, you guys are the most professional company I have ever seen like you guys literally represent what security is supposed to look and feel like honestly
I was thinking the same thing. I was like, okay, this is the police… then I was all, wait these guys are security? True pros. No muss, no fuss. Just keeping their clients safe. Well done.
My boy Williams worked with him for 2 years with Arcadia he always kept me in line! I enjoyed working with Arcadia Security it was most definitely a pleasure ran by a great boss!!
That would be pretty cool. As someone who has been in the security business for nearly a decade after my military career, I have seen a thing or two. Proactive security like this is the next best thing under being an actual cop. Most communities appreciate hands on security that they can rely on.
@joeye7518 yep! Hoping you make a security company like them in Virginia (Armed security here are basically police because they can arrest and take people to the magistrate and the jail.) where we can be proactive with LE and thr community.
I'm a security officer myself and I deal with a lot of homeless people in my city They break into buildings and the owners of the property's are getting tired of it but it's pretty cool to security doing a video on what we do and it gives people a chance to see what we do and how we deal with different types of situations I'm definitely giving this video a thumbs up
This inspires me to start a security company that functions exactly like this hopefully in the future. You folks are the ideal representation of what security should strive to be. Keep up the fantastic work.
Great to see more professional secuirty companys grow larger, hopefully Arcadia can expand to the Houston,TX market, I would love to work with yall. Keep up the awesome job Arcadia!
I've waited a long time. Finally, there it is: A new episode. Thank you so much! Very interesting! Greetings from good old germany from a security officer, former industrial firefighter, still volunteer firefighter and army reserve soldier, very interested in how you over there handle things like security, firefighting, police service and military.
Man, the security agencies here in Maryland are nothing like this. Nowhere near this professional, lacking training, the patrol vehicles are poorly equipped, poorly taken care of, and a lot of times you work by yourself. I wish more agencies operated like this. The turnover rate would be a lot lower and the morale would be a lot higher.
Man, who are you telling if you think that’s crazy I seen some trash companies just simply get a 80 bucks light bar from Amazon and mandate their officers to burn up their personal car for it like the fact that this company has a new car then even what I’m driving is Mind blown!
I left the military in 2015 and have been working security ever since. Arcadia is one of the rare standards that every security company should want to be like.
This is more of a private police force than a security company. I'm honestly impressed at just how much stuff they got. Must have a lot of corporate clients or something to be making enough money to afford all that equipment
My job is like this at a hospital. We have armed public safety and sworn police in the same department. Non stop with bums and fighting. We do all the same stuff.. building clearing.. security just can't take people to jail
The professionalism of the company is a reflection of the owner. Also a reflection of the company they are working for because good securiry comes with a price.
Some people look down on Security because there not actually police officers but it can be just as dangerous as a Security officer myself I know how it is and people don't know what we go through armed and un armed cop or Security you will be disliked by criminals and both can be dangerous.
That's how a real security company operate instead of a company having a soccer moms car with a light on top inspecting to make a profit off of it how u invest into your company is how the client and potential clients looks at u
Honest question. With how professional and outfitted this security agency seems to be, what would make someone do this over law enforcement? Is the pay better than surrounding LE agencies?
You should do “loadout” videos with your officers. The security industry suffers from looking unprofessional and not having the right equipment on them. Your officers make a change in that regard.
As an armed officer in Florida, I have to be honest-security agencies here could learn a lot from companies like Arcadia Security. Unfortunately, most security companies in Florida lack the structure and professionalism that Arcadia exemplifies. I've identified four archetypes of security officers: paramilitary, city police, old-school police, and cybersecurity. However, in Florida, we predominantly see just two types: old-school police, who often resemble the "mall cop" stereotype, and paramilitary. It's rare to find officers who even come close to the caliber that Arcadia Security represents. I can only hope that a company like Arcadia Security would establish itself in Florida. The industry here could greatly benefit from an overhaul that emphasizes professionalism, training, and a more modern approach to security.
This Security Company is really Dope very professional and they run it like a Police Department. I wonder if the compensation is also way better/Higher compare to other Companies 🙂
I like this company and the officer is very exemplary of what a public servant should be. The dude has to be prior military or something haha. Great job.
@@megaman010391That doesn't change the fact he is indeed a great example of what a public servant should be. You can be a great example of how something should be without being that something
You guys look a lot like LE. I work armed security as well in California, but law enforcement really look down on guards over here. They don't want us looking like them. They dont call us officers anymore either, its Security Guard or Guard. Pay kinda sucks too. Y'all lucky.
@megaman010391 we don't look like LE. They look like us. We've been in business going on 23 years and have had this look way before any agencies here started to go to it.
Are used to thought Allied was the shit because I have to give credit where it’s due. They do have their own canine and even their own special police and some states but man, I don’t care if they own half of the whole security industry in the nation this company alone in this one little state out, beats stoned by far, like you’re joining the police Academy!!!
I pray this company comes to Texas there are so many accounts that you could instantly take over, and I know it would be a worthy investment, and I am willing to even help, please let me know iam in the DFW area

Many factors. One is being able to write with correct grammar, which is harder to find than you would think.
@@ArcadiaSecurityPILBlol lowkey taking shots at bro 😂😂
i support the idea of this being a full blown series. Like LivePD but for security. that would be dope.

How professional y’all are for a security company is crazy 💪🏽
I’m saying
Because they drilled that into their foundation before they even probably got a contract, which is vital if you want a company to look like this!

just wondering what would be the law on using the tablet while driving working security, would it count distracted driving?
@stevenma6447 "maybe" if you used it while driving. We don't.
what are the requirements to join?

How does this security position differ from LE?
Only difference is certifications/legal scope of the job and jurisdiction. These guys operate better than most LE agencies I’ve work alongside.
How long are shifts, what is avg salary for entry level, also what schedule do you guys work?
