@@ArcadiaSecurityPILB I’m surprised they’re not allowed to wear a full dark uniform like the others, especially to be able to wear an outer vest for utility and to make it easier on the hips and back
@jackspadeproductions6195 why are you surprised? The point of security is to be visible as a deterant. They don't have reflective cars to drive in and are working at dark properties at night. You want your security easily seen and easily located by clients and law enforcement instead of lurking in the shadows. Have you not watched our Loadout video? That would have answered your initial question.
@@ArcadiaSecurityPILB yes but I just meant I thought it looks better to have the traditional uniform I’ve never been a huge fan of the highlighter uniforms But I believe every person work in security should have the option to wear an outer vest, even if it’s static Regardless, it’s great to see another upload
The security officer Bransann Kahananui is doing a good job. The only thing that raises a red flag in my mind is the fact that I don't think a security officer in Nevada is allowed to handcuff a person for trespassing unless it is absolutely necessary to protect the officer or others. But I may be wrong.
Every state is different for their trespass laws for Oregon from what I was told by a DPSST instructor is that if you catch a transient within a fenced in property with clear trespass signs you could arrest them then and there without warning but if you are dealing with someone that is trespassing on private property that is not fenced in you have to wait until the police have issued a trespass notice against this individual Like I said every state is different with trespass laws
@robertortiz8540 did you not watch the video. The police came out and cited her. They even told her that we have a job to do. If we couldn't arrest her, then why wouldn't the police say so 🤔. Also, trespassing is a crime. We arrest people that commit crimes on our properties. Combine Trespass with entry of a residential structure. Not only that, but in Nevada we can detaine on probable cause.
@@matthewwest7906 police don't need to issue the trespass notice. Anyone can issue it verbally, so long as the notice is documented on the side of the issuer if that notice is to be enforced at some time in the future on that same subject.
Babe, wake up again. Our favourite private security company just posted again.

I swear these people should be the back up of Las Vegas Police.
Is it mandatory for every static officer to wear their vest concealed?
@jackspadeproductions6195 if they are assigned a highlighter uniform, yes.

Dang I had no idea you guys could issue a trespass. We had to have PD do it in my state.

This is actually in Nevada not Arizona bro.

I’m sure they know how to do the job, in Georgia, we can detain as well, verbally and in cuffs
