I may actually try that even if my joints can handle jumping. I just dont have stamina because i'd always been a powerlifter LOL so this looks like a great way to wind down if im panting for breath, then "jump" back into it after a while. This looks like it still will help hand-eye coordination and heartrate to stay up!

How many meters should the rope be? Or how to calculate the length for a height of 1.82m?

I was entering info to purchase one, but it said free worldwide shipping and taxes included....then it gave me four shipping options-$30-$84. Not sure what's up with that?

Its good for mobility, it’s flows are based off Bo-staff figure 8 movements but using a rope and not focusing on self defense at all 😄 these workout fads crack me up. But im with it.

Of course it can be- just go for either intervals, ex- 1 min on 1 min off or go long. After 5 minutes...your heart rate will defo be going up

The rope is clearly visible in this video, so hopefully that's not what you meant. If you are looking for the link to purchase one, here it is again: axiofit.io?sca_ref=3815124.ipQ8eeXtyT

Do people really count this as exercise? You might as well consider cornhole a contact sport

There are other better alternatives like the thick 4-5 lbs jump ropes which will allow you to do the same thing AND skip if you want the added benefits of cardio. I think this is a cheap scam.

I’ve been rope rolling with different thicknesses of rope for about 4 months now - at least 10-14 hours every week. I assure you, with the application of proper techniques this is a world class form of physical conditioning that will completely change your body and the way your brain communicates with it. I use various ropes from 3/8” up to 2” thick. The 2” dock cordage is a beast when your swing it.
I’m also a Strength & Conditioning coach and I’m putting all of my athletes who I can convince to learn on a basic rope rolling program.

@thelotus8285, I get tons of cardio with rope rolling. I’ve built up to 3+ hour sessions. Just did 3.5 hours today. Only stopped for water breaks. Tremendous cardio respiratory training.

@@brawndothethirstmutilator9848 I will keep doing my research by watching more reviews about this. It took me a couple months to to be convinced to buy the Inertia Wave and I swear up and down that it's a damm fine equipment. So, keep doing these videos. I might buy me a thick rope sometime soon.

@@brawndothethirstmutilator9848 how can you call it a world class form of physical conditioning while it takes you 3.5 hours for a single conditioning training? how is that world class if the intesity is so low that you can actually do that for 3 hours lmao? try doing sprints or HIIT or any form of intervals + cardio (those been proved as highly effective conditioning traninging) for 3 hours...
