    I am amazed by David’s enthusiasm Tim! I am turned 72 last week and have just recently bought your heavy rope. I have been practicing for a while with a skip rope, and love it. I now use your rope, though I have a long way to go to acquire technique, I am absolutely loving it. I go outside every day and do a few minutes. I can feel my core strengthening and my body feels more fluid. I am chuffed to bits. I am so grateful that TH-cam put out one of your videos for me to watch. 🙏👍

    Genius. What a great inventor. I now know where the Bosu Ball I am using is coming from and want to try more of his ideas. 💡

    That hybrid rope looks amazing. I use one of his ropes and I love it. I am trying to show others how to use it and the size becomes an issue and I don’t want to mess up my own rope so one size fits all would be awesome. Then I was thinking about getting a heavy rope next but it looks like it would solve both😮

    We're lucky to have Weck. I've been doing Pilates for 17 years and rolling rope for the last 3+ years. I've only spoken to one person who worked with Joe Pilates. Musk is an interesting comparison to David but Joe Pilates is more apt and we get to hear and even have the opportunity to meet the man himself.

      Yea I think that Musk comparison was made before his more recent stances. Other options were Nikola Tesla, Tarentino, Willy Wonka. I do like Mr Pilates work too tho

    The cost of the Bosu elite in New Zealand is completely insane. Almost 1000 NZ dollars. I've just bought a Chinese standard Bosu ball copy for $115NZ.

    When will the Weck shoe debut? It fits perfect with his "every step stronger' vision, and would have even lower learning curve then even his pulser vest. As I have recovered from two different traumas, its shoes that make a huge difference as they are easily swapped to avoid repetitive ruts that often occur. I have many 'barefoot; variations, but have also really gained from MBTs and Gaitline shoes. Earth shoes with the dropped heal are also helpful. Get Wecks words on footwear, when will he go in that direction? Thanks for you continued exploration!!!

    Love you both and everything you do! By the way, is there a specific reason for the Elon Musk - Willy Wonka change?

    • @Tims_Gym
      @Tims_Gym  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks. When I made the title I thought Elon musk was most apt but when I remember Willy wonka as a comparison I realised that may be more apt and less triggering so changed it

    That was extremely cool. Loved every part. Went to the website and the pricess left me speachless. Bro... 125 euro for small two pieces of wood wIth "patented" inclined. Get real man. That's not for normal people. I get it that sports teams have tons of money but those prices are just insane.

      Hey man, glad you liked the vid.
      Yea unfortunately cost of customs these days is crazy so they have to mark it up that much to cover costs. They are premium quality builds but 3-4 years ago would of been 30% cheaper. Nature of the times.

      @@Tims_Gym I guess. Anyway great video. I've been doing alot of powerlifting so I am as stiff and imobile as they come. I recently began exploring "movement culture" stuff in order to fix that and I have to say your channel is great ;) Keep up the good work!

    the only thing about weckmethod europe is they don't offer the same packages the ones in the US offer. Like the training at home or rotational package. So you end up paying more.
