He's crazy forsure but the rope flow stuff is pretty dope. It'll help teach you to connect your shoulders to your hips + work on pivoting your feet to overall get you transitioning into strong positions smoothly
Idk anything about this guy, but I’ve learned rope flow through other channels and don’t knock till you’ve tried it. Give it just 10 minutes a day for 2-3 months and push to learn new skills with it, get comfortable enough to walk and spin while doing it, you’ll be amazed at how fast your brain and body adapt with new balance and more comfortable ranges of movement
Show me any athletic event that this translates to. This is about getting good at swinging a rope and everyone needs a gimmick. Dude didn't say one thing that could be backed up with even anecdote
100% agree the fuck is this gonna prepare you for😂. I guarentee you the guy that can juggle 3 balls is a 1000% more coordinated and athletic then the most active person doing this shit. If i had to compete against someone whose only training is this then i know im winning😂
Six months after starting ropeflow, I was playing in my backyard with my dog. He kept trying to jump on me- I spun, jumped, twisted, turned and flowed away from him. He never touched me. That was my aha moment. We both remember that day for very different reasons.
Ahhh let me guess… you’ve never tried it hahahhaaha. I’ve boxed and kickboxed, played tennis, rugby, i surf and a bunch of others. After 5 mins on the rope I’d can be good to go for any of them. Every boxer is doing these moves when the cross skip ect. What boxers don’t often do is skip backwards which is half of the deal. This easily activates the opposing muscle groups also. Lastly, it trains the weak side of every position and gets your brain commuting the less used pathways. New without direct evidence doesn’t mean it’s not valid. Peer reviewed studies are often behind new modalities.

So many words… so little information! It’s actually a talent, I mean this as a compliment!
