We provide 2 year or 80,000kms(49710 miles) warranty, whichever comes first. During the warranty period
1) We make sure that the battery can be charged and discharged normally;
2) No high-voltage fault alarms;
3) the battery pack SOH is not less than 80%;
4) After fully charged, the 12 bars original capacity indicator will not drop below 9 bars.
If the battery can't reach above terms, we promise to repair it or replace the module for free, and the shipping cost is on us too.
