You should do your own cases, at first it may be expensive but at the end you'll save money. Also will be able to do them at any size so more kWh can be fitted in ;)

Do you glue the top of the seal too, does the service disconnect also require spacing or does the top cover flex down when the service disconnect screws are tightened?

hi Cora, I've learned from restoring my old car that when I can't get parts, and used aren't available that sometimes I have to build it myself. Perhaps it's time to partner with a metal manufacturer to make new battery cases. You might even be able to customize the case to make 80kw batteries.

It would be nice to see the temperature after fast charging and how many fast charges before the battery is in overheat.

You will be lucky to get more than 400 kms with this battery pack. I own a 2019 40kw leaf and despite what the range meter says, 200 kms is all you will get.
