- Meet Sinclair, our rusty, unrestored 1968 C10 running on full air ride with a ton of upgrades. You guys have been asking to see this patina truck up close and personal so we decided to make a video showing off what it has so far, and what we are going to be doing in the future.
On the truck now:
-Air Ride
-Chevy 350 Crate Engine
-Rebuilt 700R4 trans said 4l80E in the vid not right
-Completely Restored Interior
-New White Walls
-New Rear Tool box
-lots of rust

-Holley Sniper EFI
-Flaming River Rack and Pinion
-Edelbrock Heads, Intake Manifold, and Comp Cams

I can't believe I stumbled across this vid I remember that truck I used to have a 66 and I would talk to him he had a shop at the gas station man I can't believe I saw this vid that's crazy!!!

Sweet truck. 67-72 C10's are the best. The styling is timeless. They got it just right. I just sold mine as I never used it . I had people coming by all the time drooling over it and wanting to take pictures.It was turquoise with white on the top and bottom. Original paint with patina just like yours. It has some rust through in the rockers, a little where the floor where it met the rockers , cab corners and a little in the firewall.

where did you buy white walls?
How do you control the 4L80E? Do you have a full manual valve body? Normally they are electronically shifted by the control module from an LS motor?
Oh shoot sry....it has a 4L60E must have mis-spoke in the video.
Probably a 700R4 as the E at the end means electronic shift.
BTW great channel. I really liked the CJ build you guys did
lol....ok I obviously don't really know whats in it yet haha. I looked it up and 700R4 seems about right. I'll have to get under it and really take a look. Thanks.
4L60 no = 700-R4 after 88. Chevy changed the way they named there transmisions TH400 became 3L80
Usually people wouldn't like that something is rusting

And headers if it doesn't have them already
Nah, it gets pretty hot here in Texas, AC is kinda a must in a daily. It has headers but we might try to get an H or X pipe in there eventually. Thanks for watching!
