Great video but I would change Face massage to Microneedling, like for real, as I got older I have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible (Never tried filles or Botox though), anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A, which is way better than retinol, (7 years straight), home devices and what not. However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for around 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I have been facing severe acne issue from ever since I was 18(now 25) and it continued, almost Destroyed my face with scars and open pores. But these are some products which has drastically improved my acne and scars 1. Cleansing atleast Twice a day 2. Sunscreen 3. Retinoids Trust me all you need in your life is these three products.
I am so happy with Dermalmd Acne Serum. It has helped me get rid of my acne and improve my confidence. I use it twice a day, morning and night, after cleansing my face. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any residue. It also smells nice and feels refreshing on my skin. It is worth every penny.
Cerave cleanser , aha serum in the morning and niacinamide serum in the evening , (ordinary) neutrogena moisturizer and Estelin sunscreen 50++ spf my routine 😊
This brand is really awesome, I was also facing similar issues, Effaclar due duo and facewash worked for me. For me, only issue with this brand , it is not avaliable in India. In Europe it is cheap and easily avaliable . I hope they will launch their product in India As well.
Thank you so much for introducing me to this skincare routine, a minimal routine yet so effective. I was getting acne one after another leaving scars behind all over my face. Nothing was working. The products you mentioned are costlier, but as long as they are helpful, I dont mind the cost. The benefits I am getting (in just 2 weeks) - clear brighter hydrated skin, healthy too, plus no acne in two weeks, scars are reducing little slow, but I am sure if will vanish in just couple of months. I am using foxtale sunscreen instead of la rochay and I am also using tretinoin once a week too. Will update once I observe more changes to skin.
