Anyone else wish this animated version of the show had unlimited episodes? I'm watching these every night like a religion, and it's the only show I can watch twice and still laugh my ass off like I've never seen it. Love the bald manc, he's a genius

I think Karl's film idea could work if they spun it in another direction, like if it was a psychological thriller. Imagine: The film company cant just cut their losses on the movie and never publicly tell people Tom is dead, only his girlfriend knows what happened (along with the doctors and film company) they do the old switcharoo with the brain thing but the public knows Brian as Tom, Brian desperately tries to convince people that he IS infact Brian but everyone laughs him off, slowly but surely his girlfriend starts calling him Tom and when he tries talking to the press the company keeps covering it up etc and the movie would just be about brian's downward sprial into insanity as he starts doubting himself.
I wonder what it is with these videos what makes us sleep so well. I know for me I’ve been listening to these for about 13 years and their familiar voices are so comforting as I spend a lot of time on my own. I can listen to these all day long 😂
Karl is so kind. He stays friends with Ricky even though he insults him to death. He knows that nobody else would. He is intelligent, he sees aspects in life a lot of us dont. God bless him.

Karl Pilkington originated 4 episodes of BLACK MIRROR before they ever created the Netflix show. I guarantee they nicked their ideas from listening to these recordings.

Indira Matias A tie with pockets is a dumb idea, first of all, unnecessary weight around your neck is uncomfortable. A tie has a purpose, it looks nice. That’s the point of it. If you watch this with Mary Jane, you may pass out from laughing so hard. Karl Pilkington and Ricky Gervais are comedic gold. I swear to God I have never laughed as hard as I do when I watch Karl Pilkington in some random spot in some disadvantaged situation and being kept on his toes by the minds of Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant. I don't even like comedy yet I have watched everything I can find that Karl is in and even after seeing all that over a few years I'm still laughing my ass off during this animation. Well done to everyone that helped create such a funny show. Karl Pilkington will be a cult classic in my book. Awesome work, thank you for sharing that moaning Manc with the rest of the world and bringing it to even funnier levels with animation. Well Done guys.
I struggle w the idea that Karl is probably a real comedic genius. Stays in character. Almost like an Andy Kaufman ( played by Jim Carey in man in the moon). His timing is more on point than most seasoned comedians. Having been raised in UK he is almost a charactktur of many people and English isms and nuances. And if it's just him as him. He maybe the most natural comedian of all time. Bravo
Ricky and Stephen sidetrack and interrupt and talk over Karl soooo much at one point I just snapped and shouted "SHUT THE FUCK UP AND LET HIM SPEAK." at my screen.

He's the epitome of that clever but deadpan British humour. Thank God he crossed paths with Ricky.
The TH-camr isn’t making them. They were a show already taken from radio and podcasts and animated by a studio Ricky and Co worked with. It has two or three series and is called The Ricky Gervais Show.
