Unlocking more features in my Polo GT!

- In this video i am adding 2 new warning in my Polo GT, in the stock configuration the car cannot accept both of these as it cannot display it due the stock cluster, but this new maxidot cluster allows you to add the hardware for these warnings and display them as well.
There is just so much that this maxidot unlocks and right now we have not even scratched the surface

I'm using Honda City ZX 2007. Is it possible to extend instrument cluster options? For now it just has only 3 options - Total kms, trip 1, 2. and that's it. Would need the essential ones like distance to empty, avg speed, tpms. If you know the process to add, pls reply. Thank you for this wonderful video!
Thank you, for your vehicle maybe a Honda city Type R sort of cluster would be an upgrade to unlock a few more options (assuming they came with more options), it’s the easiest to check what the international market got in the same car as yours to know for sure it works with your car

Love ur content. Just a question as a polo owner my self .i have activated the oil temp for display but it still doesnt show on the radio or cluster .is there a spesific way to make it display
1.0 TSI got the sensor for oil temp display, other cars need to add it

Can you tell me dimensions of the fender lining screw and bumper screw you opened at 5:34 . Those screw are somehow missing in my case and will get if from local market if available
VW body shops will give them you for free, just ask them nicely, tell them you’re missing screws, or pay them a small fee and they’ll add all the missing screws in your car. Otherwise these are available on boodmo as well, these are T-25 Torx screws

The older skodas had a slight tint, not very prominent, these days RTO approved Dark Green tinted windows are common, they’re much more prominent

hi prerak i have a question that is tyre upgrade will harm the ride quality? i have a hyundai elite i20 with tyre size 195/55 r16 i want to shift on 205/55 r16 is it good?
If anything, it will help soften the ride. Your side profile is increase considering your width is up from 195 to 205.
195/55/16 > 205/55/16 will increase your sidewall significantly, making your car taller and unpredictable in corners, stick to 205/50/16 if you wish to upgrade

Gulf 5w40 formula g oil it is VW approved 502 505 can i use in rapid tdi 1.6
Yes it can be used, but in my experience Motul 5W-40 surpasses all others with its smoothness

We cannot customise unless the manufacturer provided them in higher models, for my case, these were offered in 2021 and my car is 2016. So it’s easy to do

Follow the bonnet latch cable, there will be a small grommet and there will be a same on right on the other side as well.
