Yes, this routine helps and works for me. It makes me feel less bloated. I am 13 and I have constipation very often. I am almost always feeling uncomfortable in my stomachs and bloated everyday. I have changed my diet to not eating junk food such as chips, and less cookies and ice cream and instead eating a lot of vegetables and fruits. I just found this channel. I just discovered that I have Roemheld Syndrome and apparently need to do yoga. I also had surgery to remove part of my colon a few years ago due to diverticulitis. I have bloating problem,morning lower belly part pain,indigestion,diarrhea and when I press my abdominal area I feel watery sound. 2 years back I suddenly lost 17 KG weight I don't know why. I have gone through endoscopy,biopsy,colonoscopy and many blood test related to thyroid and e.t.c. all the test are fine and no problem doctor found. please tell me what I need to do to feel free from all this problems.

Yes, you've seen them before but perhaps you just haven't found the right one? In the meantime keep yourself healthy and rest when you're not feeling well. Don't push through anything that doesn't feel right. I hope you find relief soon!

I am doing yoga also but if I eat in night my pain get bloated in the morning. I think there is no cure for my problem, please suggest me if there is some possibilities to improve my health..
