About the 90 build, i think you will end up repainting in a different colour with there being another channel with a soft top 90 in blue. I think desert colours would be cool for the 90 like a sand colour for the canvas top, bonnet and back door and a few shades darker for the rest of the body with like a redish clay colour for the seats and dash
11:45 "wind down windows still in the back" 😂 Lisa has wind down windows in the _front_ as well!😂 But I don't mind. I'm happy with the basic functions of the vehicle. It's an experience driving these Land Rovers. And, these days, it has become a privilege to own one. I am in the same boat as you regarding the new Defender. I hated it at first release, but I think that's because they put the "Defender" badge on it, and the reality is... it's _not_ a Defender. It's a completely different kind of vehicle in that regard. But over the years they have grown on me and, exactly as you described, there's no way that the new Defender could replace my Lisa, but for sure they are very cool vehicles and I'd be interested to own one
Great video! Nice to hear the thinking and process behind some of the things done. I am absolutely the same with the new Defender. When it came out I was like eeewwww.... But, having driven several of them, and on off road courses, I completely changed my mind. Absolutely amazing car... Same with the Disco 5... I love the Disco 4 and appreciate people like the more boxy squared off shape, but the Disco 5 is such a nice driving experience and a super capable vehicle too...
