Yamaha R15 V3 Turning Into 183cc Track Bike In India: Full Engine Build Video

- Many of you, who have followed this Yamaha R15 V3 build series of mine, know that I have been trying to build a beginner track friendly motorcycle that I can do a few track days on, without worrying about too much power and just focus on getting my body posture and racing lines right.
And yes, this R15 V3 build, which you have dubbed the R15M, has taken quite a bit of time.
Nonetheless, it is now moving forward, with most of the parts I need in my possession.
In this video, I have tried to show you how I upgraded my stock 155cc engine to 183cc, by adding a big bore kit from BRT Indonesia, a ported and polished superhead with bigger valves, racing valve springs, a racing camshaft with more aggressive lobes that will keep the valves open for longer and a few other things.
All the work has been carried out by the professionals at Speedmonks Performance Centre in Gurgaon, India’s top and most professional superbike workshop in my opinion.

I do know that this is a very long video, but I don’t think I could have kept it any shorter, without editing out crucial steps of dismantling and reassembling the engine.

Well sir you should do timelapse rather than skipping the process. Like when there is a need to elaborate the process that section should be normal and then if there is same process then timelapse. It is time consuming as well but it will also help us to view the whole assembly process.

Back in 2019 in Dhaka,Bangladesh , We worked on a thai Yzf r15 v3 ( 2018 model) . It reached 163 kmh. 80% of your work matched. we did not get the updated head but raching cam shaft , racing valve spring , juken turbo plus with controler , ciramic piston , r3 injector and few more. Brother if you had made the video earlier the task would have been more easier than it was . Unfortunately the Rider Shaki Saki Ashik (Shaki GRz) is no more we lost him last October :( and the bike is been sold few weeks back . I wish you all the best brother. Love from Bangladesh

My urnest request to you that pls do the topeend vdo of your bikeafter completion of all customisations, alterations and tell me one thing that are you having any sort discomfort like back pain wrist pain shoulder pain after riding your bike for 1 to 2 hours continuously , bcs my wt is 90kg and I'm having bajaj220 which gives poor topend , since I am planning to purchase this bike , though it's version has been changed to bs6 which will not give that much punch as like your bike
