How do you do an intake carbon clean? I have cleaned my Mazda 3 2011 dpf in the same way many times and after about 1000 miles the ash accumulation comes back. It also does frequent motorway regens (8 miles) the glow plugs switch on, the temp goes up to 600 degrees, rinse repeat. It really is depressing as I love the car. Thank you Jimmy.

I had the same with a ford courier 2020 ... Seemed almost every time we went out it flagged up drive to clean.. It was regenerating so often the oil service light came on..The mileage was 13900. Ford had changed the injectors under warranty at 9,000 miles with the previous owner. The car was not used for short runs. i had taken it up to Glasgow and back in a day and Devon the same. Yet soon after up popped the drive to clean message.
I have the exact same car and engine, had bad problems with sorting the dpf out. Had a mobile dpf guy come out and clear it. I still get now engine management light coming on sometimes and checked the codes.says exhaust pressure sensor. And exhaust still seems to kick out bits of black soot. Tips of exhaust are always blacks with soot.
remove the first temperature sensor on the DPF and inject the DPF cleaner in there. do it while the car is hot, should help you removing the temperature sensor a bit easier
Thanks for the video. I have cx-3 2016 1.5 Sky Active D and i have same error code. I bought 2 months ago. After i drove 2000 kilometers my dpf light was start flashing. And i noticed that the former owner had same issue too due to mechanic history reports. In Turkey, we don't have much mechanic for Mazda and the mechanic guy who check my car told me that i had to buy new injectors. The cost is so huge for me. So if i buy new injector, will this problem be solved? Thanks in advance.
I have 2017 disel cx-3 sky active D 1.5, my car is regenerete dpf at 80 mile evry time, i m traying with fuel aditive for injektor cleners, i hope this work.

My car runs like new, with no problems, only problem i have is evry 80 mile doing dpf regen, maybe is falty senzor, or is the dpf partially clogged. With dpf it can be full of other things be broken, injectors are my last to do list because is too much cost.

Hi I have a 2008 Mazda 6 Sport with the 2.0ltr engine where do you recommend injecting the fluid to clean the Dpf as I cant find a pressure sensor
remove the first temperature sensor on the DPF and inject the DPF cleaner in there. do it while the car is hot, should help you removing the temperature sensor a bit easier

try to clean the injectors! TEC 2000 or take them out and clean it in the ultrasonic machine.
Did not know Mazda made a 1.5 litter engine
at how many miles does the dpf have to regenerate, my mazda cx-3 regenerat at 75 mile, is that oky ? it seems to me too often
Should do at least 300 miles between regens.
Bad injectors and dirty motor inside probably...
Car have only 40.000 miles its like new🤦
@@enpac1 i have only 80K, i am solving it right now also. That is a common problem of these Mazda diesel motors.
