Sorry. You didn't fix anything at all. You cleared the current codes by disconnecting that battery (which was done incorrectly) and then reconnected it (incorrectly) ... the istop code will return immediately and the the other codes will return on your second drive cycle.
Probably bad battery if it returns. We had the same kind of fault with the cx5 at home, which turned out to be the battery. Luckily my cx3 has no issues hahah
You probably need a new battery. This is a common istop problem. To prevent, park indoors (with access to power) place battery on trickle charge. I am getting about 80,000km or 4 years from a battery.
