Ignoring the fact that the Sandman's perform very poorly when compared to most newer suppressors designs, You certainly aren't shooting 100% subsonic ammo. On 300BO it's super hearing safe - on 308 subsonic it's insanely quiet (yes they make 308 subs) and with 5.56 it's as close as you can get to hearing safe. But 556 is NOT hearing safe. I would assume any AK mag that holds 5.56, possibly 5.45 mags too but idk. I just know the 300AAC was designed to fit into 5.56(M4/M16 obvi) magazines, so it should work the same.
Import bans have made x39 much more expensive in the US. 300 blackout is common, and being that there are 5.56 AKs, a 300 blackout AK makes sense. If nothing else, it's neat. Lighten up, Francis.
