David with a rear angle/tilt blade you could fix a nice swale around the house. Water is hard to control. We were out last week in the dark trying unclog drain pipes and ditches during a heavy rain. Glad it didn’t get under your house. Your becoming a grapple master!

@@PaleHorseOutdoors .....just a word of caution. When installing piping to direct your drainage flow, please use smooth walled PVC piping instead of the more popular and cheaper corrugated piping. Corrugations catch and hold deposits such as soils, leaves...any solid cooties which inevitably restrict stormwater flow. Smooth piping, on the other hand, better allows a flow of liquid and solids out of the end of the pipe. I see far too much use, too much over-use of corrugated piping in drainage circumstances such as yours. The corrugations are like little dams that capture solids....dirt, vegetation...and other such restictive cooties. Slick sided pipe is always a better solution for water, dirt, etc to get the "Hell out of Dodge"....if you get my drift!
