    I felt all my muscles in this session. Due to constant sitting down during study season, I have been feeling a lot of knee and lower back pain, but this relieved it a little ❤❤😊

    I know I say this all the time but LOVE THIS CLASS💚💚 Really love how this was focused on the fundamentals of our engagement and position. It went by so fast but I feel my abs so much tighter after working to maintain the engagement throughout the practice. Thank you queen!

    Love all your videos. ❤ very motivating, I need to remember to practice more often. And talking about extra weight on your upper body, my 3 yr old loves to "help" with my pilates, he climbs my back when in the 4 point kneeling position.

    LOVEEEE THAT YOU HAVE THIS ACTIVEWEAR SPONSORSHIP!!!! Everything you wear looks so good on you in these classes but this set is a VIBE! definitely gonna check Fanka out and do a lil shopping when my budget allows 🤭
    this was just a good flow! i noticed that my posture during the leg lifts at 19:27 for my right leg was off bc i was feeling a pinch in my back and was able to correct that in my left leg. made such a huge difference and i felt the muscles in my legs/core were way more engaged when i corrected my posture/shifted my weight away from my wrist (a mistake i make constantly when i'm not fully present). forever grateful for your channel and to be flowing with you, Isa! thank you thank you thank you! 🙏🏿 my fitness journey has completely elevated thanks to your classes and your devotion to this space. this month makes officially one year flowing with you consistently! 🤎🤎🤎💪🏿🧘🏿‍♀

    Greetings Isa, I'm so glad I decided to try your video and I'm going to proclaim I have officially found my Pilates teacher also following the guidance of my sweet yoga teacher Black Nico Marie, I'm happy to have made it over here, and after much research by trying other TH-cam teachers. This was an excellent beginners Pilates for my body and since I know nothing about Pilates, I know it's just challenging for now I suppose, I was at least able to make it through 😅, and although I am very used to yoga this was again challenging most definitely; worked some parts there that I needed to continuously consciously try to relax a bit as you said 😂. So upon your advice and guidance I will definitely be doing this particular video until I feel secure enough to try your other videos.     I loved the workout! My arms feel so sore so quickly after the planking? am i doing this wrong, i dont feel my other muscles working a lot during this excersise
