    I really appreciate that your classes are not fat loss focused and that there is no trace of hatred for the way our bodies currenty are in your content. I ve struggled with eating disorders in the past and it can be hard for me to trust myself with my motivation for working out now, even though i dont struggle with them anymore, especially when the only workout videos i can find have "slim" or "flat" or "hourglass" in the title. Your energy, content and channel make me feel really safe to show up and move in allyship with my body, not against it. Much love to you, know that your work is valued deeply❤

      Completely agree! I haven’t had the struggles you’ve had (I’m glad you’re doing better! ❤️), but I really do hate the focus on weight loss and body shaping, that you see everywhere. I don’t want to move my body for any other reason than ‘it makes me feel good’, and I’m so thankful that there IS content like that!

    decided to take pilates seriously this time. aiming for 3-4 workouts a week. really aiming to feel and see changes in my body! this is day one this week but overall it’s my third workout completed since last week. 🎊

    I found your channel 3 days ago. I was unwell for an extended period of time and feeling much better and ready to exercise. I did Pilates some 10 years ago and thought that it would be easy to get back into it but my muscles which had being very sore for such a long time, I discovered that I’m not as flexible or strong. Even doing the bridge with toe taps are challenging but look forward to the burn. Today my thighs were locking up a lot so stretched and continued. Thank you for being on TH-cam. I do appreciate you and what you’re doing including all the nutrition information. I salute and celebrate you as I work out. It’s good to see another sister instructing, you are so reassuring and your voice is peaceful. 😁👏🏽👏🏽

    hey Isa, just wanted to share that I've been working on a daily with your videos for 8 months now and I'm so happy to see the development and improvement of my core - something I never worked on for 15 years (in spite yoga classes, so I would get injured a lot)... I do these beginners classes so often and they somehow never get boring, maybe because of how you explain things? Anyways, so much love to you and hopefully meet you one day in the flesh!

    Beautiful class...as usual 🌹 I wanted something a bit relaxing while it's "that time of the month" and this class surely provided that. Wowwee...that last stretch at the end, I didn't realise how tight my hip flexors were. Thank you Isa for all your efforts, have a wonderful week, Bissou🥰
