    So, I just innocently found this video, looking for something easy and short on a Sunday......I nearly passed out!!!     Amazing quick Pilates workout!! I need these length ones for busy days to still get to take in workout!! I also like 30-40 on les busy days. Love your body alignment ques and your exciting vibes singing while counting reps it’s contagious ❤❤thanks!!
