This was my second day of pilates, ever! For both days I followed your beginners videos and I LOVED it! Because they are really doable and straight forward to follow for someone who has never done pilates, and I love that it doesn't feel straining or extremely fatiguing. I'm back after a 50 lb weight gain and many months hiatus(did your classes faithfully daily for 2 years and then fell into depression so took a lot of time off)..started doing your classes when you had less than 50k subscribers..so awesome to see your hard work and dedication paying off!!! Today was day 1 for me after the weight gain and while super challenging (and a bit disheartening to see what used to be so easy for me be so difficult) I'm pleased and ready to get back on it and see improvement..I'm so glad you do what you do!!
Got busy in the last week and stopped doing my Isa Welly Pilates each day. I have paid for that with tension and aches. Eased back in with this balanced workout today and already feel better. Thank you for these beautiful Pilates videos. ❤

Isa I really love your classes and your personality. Also an added bonus that you provide background music and how you add your own personal vocal percussions, you're adorable! I am 60+ and have a hand injury so I look for beginner classes that are hands free or that are easily modified. Your classes are not complicated or rushed yet provide and excellent deep workout while also giving excellent cues. You did a class about 6 years ago with a ocean in the background. Any chance that it's doable to do more outdoor classes? Thanks again for responding to the call of your heart and providing these great workouts!

This didn't feel like a beginner workout as much as your other 20 min ones! :D or maybe it was just me today. I love how you explain how to engage the core, it makes more sense than others I've heard, the image of ribs going down and together and belly button up really helps, thanks so much! Is it normal that the back burns as well with the core exercises or does that mean my core isn't strong enough yet? Thanks so much!
I am brand new to pilates and complete beginner and want to start doing it regularly but and I don’t know how many times I should repeat your videos before moving on? I want to improve my core and balance so think this will be really good for me!
