Thanks for this video! I'm about to get a 2011 SRX (base model) with 114,000 miles: this is my first SUV, a step up from an old 2008 Cadillac DTS! I apppreciate your SRX review...
This is tame compared to Bill's more recent stuff. Very sarcastic/funny/witty. And he knows his cars. I've been turned on to many cars just because I tuned in to hear Bill!
I've got a 2014 Luxury SRX with 85K miles. Mine has a 3.6 L V6 engine (added in 2012 and a better engine than the 3.0 L), it accelerates a little better than "adequate" and is a very comfortable 80+ mph cruiser on the highway. Bought used about 5 years ago and it's been pretty good. Some replacement parts (steering rack, timing chain) so I wouldn't call it Japanese reliable, but otherwise a good used car buy. It was also SEVERAL thousand $$ less than a Lexus at the time but that was before the used car market went crazy. All of the electronics still work which is a pleasant surprise and I would like to sell it for a newer car but it's still too damn comfortable, paid off, and the perfect size for me (6'2" thinner guy). The infotainment system is updated from this 2011 with some cool features not seen in this video and that rear compartment adjustable rack is really clever. I've used it basically as a station wagon hauling lumber and other household stuff. Obviously, I'm happy with it.

“Tail fins” lol. What a clever observation. I just saw one of these today and the thought didn’t even cross my mind, but it is true: tail fins!
I love this commentary! I’d grab a drink with this guy. He’s hilarious!

Is it really an honest review if you’re selling it? 😂😂😂
