    Not particularly suffering from back pain ... but you cannot imagine how I have been progressing since I have met you as far as flexibility and loosing cm ;) Desirée for president :)

    Day 4 of week 1 Beginners challenge checked ✅ off!!! I struggled a bit, but I did my best. I always have slight back pain, however, when I finished my back felt sooooo good with no light pain when I stood up. I love this!!! 😍😍😍

    Ahh I can’t thank you enough!!! I slept wrong and woke up with terrible back pain and then the next night I did it again! But thanks to you the pain is gone! I will make sure to do this once a week to build up by back. Thanks again 🥰🥰🥰

    Thanks Desiree, this is just what I need to keep strengthening my back. A lower back injury ended my dancing career and over the years since then (26 years!) I was treating my back like a fragile glass object! While making it weaker. Until I found you, I've been loving your classes for over 2 years now, every day!     One of the best I have come across for the POSTERIOR CHAIN. Having Arthritis in both Hips, will be interesting to see how my hip and gait function works to-morrow when I go for a walk. Thank you.

    OMG, this really works!! I've been feeling stiffness in my back for the whole day even after an hour of walk. After following this practice, I feel so comfortable. Heaviness was lifted away from my shoulders as well. Thank you so much!!!

    Wow, I've never had any problems with my lower back, but out of nowhere, it started to hurt and cramp a lot yesterday after a long walk... Decided to follow this workout and afterwards I didn't feel *any* pain anymore! Thank you so much, it really worked like a charm for me ☺💚

    I had a injury recently that's left my neck and lower back all sorts of messed up and I lost a lot of my range of motion. This is even more helpful than going to a PT!

    These exercises have really helped stregnthen my back. I was going through so much pain that I was feeling from February-May from a bulging disc L4/L5. I have been doing this every other day for the last month or two. What is another video you made that may help me just like this one? Would this be considered Pilates? Thank you so much!

      Thank you for your love and support! I think Pilates in general (when done properly) can very much help with your posture, alignment, as well as overall strengthening and stretching. As long as you’re being mindful of how you’re moving and always keeping your core engaged, it’ll serve you well! 🥰💖💪🏼

      The cue to “pull your belly button in and up” refers to activating your core/abs! This is something that always should be done regardless of the exercises you’re doing. 👍🏼

      Shari Alpern To strengthen bones...avoid any high impact/jumping/heavy weights. Any low or no impact workouts using your own body weight is best. Luckily for you, 95% of my channel is just that! 🥰💖🥰💖

    the movements look so easy and simple when you do them but they are so difficult. I have no strength do them at all although I have a huge desire :(

    This was great. My right lat is always achy and tight on and off. Will this help with that? I know you said to do the stretches every day but how often should I do the strengthening?

      Lisa, keep practicing! Prone work (laying on your stomach) is really tough for a lot of people BUT it’s so important to do! We need to make sure the backs of our bodies are just as strong as our fronts to prevent any imbalances. Keep at it…it’ll get better & easier each time! 🥰💖💪🏼

      @@DansiqueFitness I'm feeling it today. So different than lifting weights. This is like a whole body, deep muscle feeling. Love /hate it. I used to be an ice skater. I was good, but not great. I hope I keep it up to notice the difference. I really want a dancer fit body. I will never have a dancer body, I'm not built like a ballerina thats for sure. Ty for your challenge.

    Thank you so much for all of your workouts! They have been helping me tremendously with some bizarre back pain that I think is stemming from a bruised (or pulled) hamstring attachment point at my sit bone sending pain all the way up my back to my shoulder blades. Would you have any recommendations for posterior exercises to help with hamstrings, particularly at the attachment points?
