We westerners that work in the offices in Bangkok are the quiet ones.. Have a high western salary in Thailand and all the perks that comes with it as workvisa first class health insurance etc etc
+11 years now working in Krungthep (Bangkok) and i dont spend even 20% of my monthly salary for living rent and all i need in life =)
Working in "tourism "as most forengers do in Thailand is always a risk and season work..most go bust in the end

its not any "better" than any other southeast Asian countries, that is subjective, depends on the person to be honest.

@@Ned88ManTrue however Thailand is a focal point of SEAsia whether you like it or not! The Founder of ASEAN, the founder of Sea Games! Only Non Colonized Country! Globally Popularized its Food, Massage, Muay Thai, Tuk Tuks, Tourism NightMarkets, Entertainment, etc… in Bangkok there are endless dining options from Street, Malls, Markets, Rooftops, Bus, By Boat, by the River, High End Michelin! Mountains to the North Beaches to the South Endless of Temples to Explore, room for improvement where ppl could still fund projects to help certain areas grow etc.,
