Hi Kurt, my fav video is the one of you and Edwin being chased down by zombies in Gikomba, Nairobi. You got in a taxi and the bums still wouldn't leave you alone until the taxi driver cussed them out then you drove off. That was scary and funny at the same time🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I moved to Thailand from Boulder, Colorado, and married a beautiful very smart Thai lady in Ko Samui, Thailand, and now live in Nakhon Sawan, I've lived here in Thailand for 22 or 23 years and never will go back to States, enjoy your trip it is lovely here. Bangkok I never go to because I don't like big cities. For beer, Singha is my favorite of all of them.
Did you retire there or find work there? It seems like the majority of people there speak some basic English, is that right? I always worry I wouldn't be able to communicate with people if I go to other countries where the majority of people don't speak English.
@@scottporter4524 at all the tourist places everyone speaks English the langue barrier in some areas can be a bit bigger. People are really friendly and try to speak English always.

Still awesome! Great new video. But.. Careful the cameraman, Kurt. Going “ third person” production creates that “ fourth wall” as its called. Might lose the successful first person, intimate, private tag-along tension that formed with the slower dialog, of earlier videos, those careful words and thoughts, that cautious, deliberate, up close, methodic, isolated feeling or pace of “the lone traveler” … that brought your unique success.
Born in Thailand these videos make me nostalgic, just to travel in general. You remind me so much of my dad he traveled all over. Makes sense that Kurt is recognized in Thailand. Lot’s of westerners that watch TH-cam travel vloggers there (myself included). 🤣
Hi Kurt, my fav video is the one of you and Edwin being chased down by zombies in Gikomba, Nairobi. You got in a taxi and the bums still wouldn't leave you alone until the taxi driver cussed them out then you drove off. That was scary and funny at the same time🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sou do Brasil é um dos meus vídeos favoritos, Edwin tem bom coração e é muito simpático e humilde
@@osmaralves4520 fida puta!
You said the magic word.....Tusker. Man I miss my east African Adventures. Great video and content, just hit the subscribed!
So great to watch! Greetz from Holland
Honestly I love your contents. I really appreciate your capacity to find speed everywhere you go. You are a people's person. I love you man.
Truly a man of taste
Everyone should try at least habitually 😂
It's so lovely that people recognize you! That stereotypically friendly Canadian had to be there of course and the poor irish lad got a little shy I think judging from how red his face got hahaha
Best Kurt quote yet: “This town has been overrun by monkeys!”
Many such cases.
Couldn’t agree more on the Heineken statement 😂😂 🍻🍻
You got a lot of followers to your channel in Thailand man! Nicely deserved!
Kurt even does the best Thailand Videos lmao. Like better than 99% of all the Travel Vlogs out there
Harald Baldr is much better, plus he knows the history of the areas he's in
Damn, you got a cameraman now? It's so awesome to see how many more fans on the streets you meet now too. Well deserved sir!
@@realbartonjames Agreed 100% I really hope he only does this 3rd person view on this 2nd channel.
@@realbartonjames great detailed explanation Barton!
I found the camera work a bit shaky and all over the place. I prefer Kurt’s selfie camera view
@@realbartonjames could not have said it better. I do like the higher quality of the new camera.
Kurt is the man with the plan. Love your channel
Born in Thailand these videos make me nostalgic, just to travel in general. You remind me so much of my dad he traveled all over. He was the OG with his gf’s from South America he wanted me to learn Spanish. He met my mom in Thailand. Not only do you remind me of him you look alike, I never got to see him in his younger years other than pics & watching these videos give me more of an idea. Love your content.❤
As a Dutchman i jumped out of my seat when you said Heineken is shit, finally someone who knows what real beer is.
As a fellow dutchman I have to agree. Heineken is well overrated
@@jelteghtc Heineken zo fucking vies😭. npc's drinken die shit ofzo
@@baukelotringen3124 ja geef mij maar hertog Jan krijg ook nog eens dikke koppijn van heinie man
There's a rumor in Denmark that Heineken supports dog fights😮
Heineken also supports Nazis and Islamists
Man I love Thailand and love Thai people ❤
Have to love how Caz owns the place where ever he goes. Happy New Year man. :)
Absolutely crying at the monkey attack 😂 Keep it up Kurt 👌
Hello friend good afternoon thank you so much for great sharing

This Chap, Brilliant love all he,s Vlogs esp in Venezulea , Peace ...x
First time watcher. Kurt, while you're in Thailand you absolutely MUST try their delicious fish dishes!
If you know Kurt he doesn't like fish. I remember this the Peru lunch video. Greetings from Uruguay
@@Mel777b I know, I'm really not a first-time viewer and already knew he doesn't eat fish. Even in this video when he went to the eatery in the market he panicked for a second while browsing the menu because he thought maybe all they served was seafood. LOL
@@kn-qz7by why you insist then? I don't like fish neither. I got you "Thai fish is good" but you should let people be comfortable and free to choose whatever they like.
@@Mel777b You still don't understand that IT WAS A JOKE! From past videos I already knew that Kurt doesn't like fish. LOL You just don't get it.
I really enjoy this and seeing you fight off the monkeys was absolutely funny as hell. Also the foot massage facial expressions and the duran eating part, I felt the same way .horrible.
Very happy to see this type of content, love you Kurt
I love that Kurt isn’t holding the camera and filming himself. This has more of an Anthony Bourdain pov. Love it!
Literally not even close. Bourdain and his crew was art. This is a low rent backpacker bro offering nothing of substance.
@@ericblair5174 low rent back packing is how it all begins! 💫

Been watching your videos thank you for pushing me to start my own channel. Tell me what you think.
Easily the best youtuber at the moment.
There are so many channels you have no knowledge of. Impossible to say what you are saying … except for a sense of pride

@Petar Nikoloski both are good 👍 i'll be watchin either way hahah
I can’t wait for him to go back to South America that’s my favorite place for travel vlogs!
You two walking back, to back, had me dying 😂😂☠️
Nice to see a fellow South African enjoy life
Regards from Barcelona.
That scream had me dying for hours😂😂😂
I would’ve screamed the same way if one of those monkeys jumped on me😂😂😂
You need to get you an english speaking Thai girl to tour you around! 😀
You know that’s his plan
He's gonna be surprised it's a lady boy
Kurt.. great interaction with the locals, you’re just like the reincarnation of Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown even better. keep it up buddy 👍🏽
So many tourists in Thailand now, you've made my decision to hold off on going there and going somewhere much more natural and less ventured to. Thanks
Nice how u speak normal & gentle with the people who follow u chanel bro
