Maybe its time for a career change? Working in fraud means you are well equipped for any project management and/or compliance jobs. I recently pivoted careers after being in translation 10 years, now I'm in communications management and the transition was so easy I kicked myself for not doing it earlier. Dealt with toxic boss and an even more toxic company. Consider getting your CAPM and do project management. Don't think that just because you don't have a college degree that you can't work in corporate.
As a Black Woman we need to learn to pick our battles. I always get roped into being on task force teams but I really don't care about corp processes. I only care about me and my money. I do what makes the job easiest for me. Trying to have them change their processes and policies take too much energy and you usually get labeled as the troublemaker because as a Black woman NO ONE will usually have your back and they try to discredit your opinions. This is why I hate being put on task force teams, yet always get pulled in! You'll be fighting alone. Most times it's not worth it. Only fight for myself and what affects my bottomline. I keep silent otherwise and let them other folks start fighting battles and stop depending on the Black woman to be everyone's advocate. It only burns you.
