I definitely think KC deserved it and I'm not trying to be biased because I'm a Royals fan. Trust me, i felt bad that Wright and the Mets organization didn't get a ring. I would have liked to see them go back and win it in 2016 or 2017 but they couldn't get back to the big dance. I think they will eventually though

reyes' unhealthy presence makes everyone around him significantly worse. no team can win with reyes and the culture he brings to the dugout of dancing around before games, laughing when the team is losing...if not for reyes wright would have a better career.

The Mets version of Don Mattingly. A guy who did everything right and though cheated by fate they ultimately had a lot of success in the toughest market in the country.
