And pleeease never delete these videos! They are the biggest inspiration to another basketball playing back pain patient, who fights his injuried to play ball again.

i have been watching this since it came out. this channel probably brought the video back but this mini documentary came out years ago. i wanna say maybe 2014 or 15. this really opened my eyes to see how much preparation it takes to play in a nba game, let alone play 80 games of them. look at nash hes struggling to play one game when it was his last days in the nba. i think this also made me appreciate athletes thats been in the game way longer than they were suppose to last. its really fascinating to see how people take care of their bodies. i hope one day i get my shit together and do the same. i dont want to waste my youth and im 23 years old. its good i have a mindset now.

8:04 i dont think people are really listening to that like they should be. their whole life/career since probably like middle school. they have been training day in and night out. i dont think you realize the training these athletes do. they do probably 2 a day or a 3 a day work outs 4 to 5 times a week since they were in their teens! and now for them to all of a sudden lose all their skill due to father time or injury, think about how much of a toll that puts on you mentally. you lose a part of yourself that you have been working so hard to maintain. im so happy that nash is a head coach for the nets who have a super team right now who just acquired lamarcus aldridge. everytime i hear news about the nets i think about nash's last season on the lakers and this video. hope hes in a better place mentally.
