You can try a combustion chamber cleaner. Or bring to dealer for oil consumption test and they will do a cleaning. You may have to pay for the test and service but might get a new engine out of it.
@@hyundaihowto I tried seafoam in the throttle body. Barely any smoke and not thick either. Throttle body looked extremely clean. What do you recommend

You can also buy a Honda or a Toyota. Kia/Hyundai still haven't figured out engine basics.
