Hello guys my car has been on cold only, I just changed the passenger side actuator I can feel a little bit of heat coming out, but the defrost is still blowing cold only... I wonder if I should change the driver's side too

But I bet it still doesn’t have a light for the glove compartment.

I have a question, regarding my 2014 Hyundai Elantra, the idle error pulley from the alternator broke off, and the car kept running even without the belt, now the question/ observation is , I had to replace the alternator since the idler pulley broke the belt is complete, was replaced with the alternator plus a hose that was slit, now my question/ observation is why did the idler pulley break, & also why did the alternator pulley is one unit instead of being separate to just replace it, the only comment the mechanic said is that since it is electrical it happens,, I keep my car up to date and what is even more amazing is the car keeps on running of course after paying $ 671.00 dollars to have it replaced it is like new. 😮😮😮😮😮

It’s a pain to remove the panel, instead a made a small hole in the front part of the panel using screw and screwdriver. That way I was able to remove the screw for the duct without a hassle. Had no need to remove any panel just four screws in total. 1 for the duct and three for the actuator

I called the local Hyundai dealer to get the torque specs for the drain plug and filter. I averaged the numbers I was told. The drain plug came out to 29 ft.lbs. and the filter is 21 ft.lbs..

Was the front plate bracket an aftermarket purchase? I can’t seem to find mine if it came with the car

Honestly this video could have been a little more specific. Like maybe using a Light to show exactly what you are doing.

Have a 2019 Tucson with a similar glovebox area. Don't have the issue of only high setting, but sometimes it just refuses to turn on at all. Don't have a screwdriver short enough to get that resistor out just yet but appreciate this video for when I can try

This option is gone on my car with the latest software update. I don't understand why they decided to remove this option (Tucson NX4e 2024)

Thank you so much for this video. This walked me through replacing the latch on my rear passenger side door in a 2017 Elantra. Mine was slightly easier because the window track is part of the lash bracket so I didn't have to try to get it around the window track pulling it out or putting it back in.

Quite simple. The 2.0 holds exactly 4.2 quarts. Telling someone to add a quart at a time is dangerous considering they might start it to get oil to the filter with one quart of oil in it

Why put all these plastic rings why have an inset filter on it. This looks like one of 2 things government regulations requiring you do things you do not need to do or the company trying to make something simple difficult

Great tip! Wish it would work for me. The door that is stuck has child locks on, and the lock switch won't come to the unlock position. Not sure how oim going to.open the door without destroying the door panel.
