Alright, I'll humor you. I was in the airforce ! I flew strike eagles in the gulf war. I was the only one in my unit that didn't have a WSO because I was so badass ! I even got a medal for that. After I ended the war early by tossing a bomb straight through an open window into saddams bathroom, while he was taking a dump, I got sent to this super secret special, don't tell your mom kind of unit. I might get in trouble for telling you this, but after the iraq war my unit, that was stationed at groom lake was sent to some distant planet the origin of wich is super classified, where we fought these giant insects. That's where I lost my arm and earned my 16th medal of honor.

In the Rangers once you hit E4 (SPC/CPL) you’re expected to have your Ranger tab. Also, if you’re an infantry officer you’re basically required to go through Ranger School. So a 75th RR SGT having a tab is in the realm of possibilities.

My cousin was an Army cook in Europe during WWII. We found out he earned the Silver Star after his military stone was placed at the cemetery. Cooks are soldiers also.

I feel bad for them because they do not feel like what they do or have done is worthy of talking about so they borrow someone else's accomplishments. When I was a seal, I was tapped to enter the even more elite Sealion teams. We did all kinds of double secret probation missions. We were the ones they called when seals couldn't get the job done. In the Rangers once you hit E4 (SPC/CPL) you’re expected to have your Ranger tab. Also, if you’re an infantry officer you’re basically required to go through Ranger School. So a 75th RR SGT having a tab is in the realm of possibilities.

My cousin was an Army cook in Europe during WWII. We found out he earned the Silver Star after his military stone was placed at the cemetery. Cooks are soldiers also.
I love our cooks expecally when they are out with us in the field we always make sure they know how much that warm food is appreciated

Real veterans don't go around wearing their uniforms. They might wear a hat commemorating their service, but that's about it.

I remember back in the 70s even veterans were reluctant to mention having been in the Army. Now everybody's a veteran.
My uncle was an E-5 for 1st Cav back in Vietnam, he always said he was spit on and cussed at when he got back to the states and to this day he won’t let anyone know he’s a vet. Being a current service member, I don’t know how I’d react to being treated the same way he was.

We have one guy that has one leg and rolls around in a wheelchair, begs for money in my area, same corner ever day, he is a Vietnam Vet who gave up on life but still wears his cap, some guy tried to tell him he was a fake soldier. Guy got up on one leg punched him in the face and said call me a fake a again 😂. The guy really is a vet, he's drinks at our VFW Post every night after begging for cash all day

When I was a seal, I was tapped to enter the even more elite Sealion teams. We did all kinds of double secret probation missions. We were the ones they called when seals couldn't get the job done.
