I just started ADF! Today was my first official fast I'm 22 hrs in! I'm so excited for this journey and sooooo Happy I found ur channel😇💯🙏🏽
Can we get an update? 😃✋
Good luck to you. I have being doing ADF for about 45 days and have lost 20 pounds. I feel stronger every day.
Just drink more water on feast days.
Dry fasting is very difficult if you are not used to it. Im used to it for spiritual reasons so I find it easier to adf dry fasting.
For me on my active job, I almost fainted a couple of times when attempting dry fasting (I normally drink water on my feast days), while it did help me not feel hungry. I ended up buying electrolyte water because I couldn't function properly and my vision was getting warped like crazy!
It's definitely better for desk jobs or at home with moderate activities, but avoid fast-paced physical jobs.
That does not sound like a good time. Especially the fainting, so yea its definitely possible for some but for me I'll stay hydrated lol
Hi Eva I want to start adf. Do you have lost hair from adf and do you have loss skin.

I'm starting tomorrow, just subscribe to your Chanel today
