      @G_R_ I_M_ I honestly dont see how I'm brainwashed.. very confused on that and believe you are very brainwashed thinking it's ok to eat grass fed beef thinking it's less animal harm lol they still die so how is it less animal harm? And they each ate one burger and said taste like beef but better and were very full after one.

    Breakfast today: I had huge a bowl of the plain shredded wheat cereal from Trader Joe's (it's the only one I've found with zero added sugar) with Ripple pea protein milk, frozen berries, almonds, chia seeds, and topped with popped amaranth and cinnamon! It's so good on a warmer morning when I want a sweet breakfast but I'm not in the mood for oatmeal. It also goes great with bananas!

    Today, my breakfast is:
    Chia pudding with coconut yogurt, mashed banana and beetroot powder mixed in. Topped with sliced green grapes, blueberries, dried cranberries, cacao nibs, toasted coconut chips and dehydrated rose petals.

    "Wow wow wow wow wow!" You guys are hilarious! That had me lol-ing. Nisha, that breakfast plate was so colorful! Nicole, I'm, def going to try that smoothie. It's almost like a juice recipe in smoothie form! We're keeping it super simple for breakfast in our house this morning. We're a vegan fam of 6 so we eat a lot of pancakes, fancy cereals, and yogurt bowls, but today, it's Amy's frozen Tofu Scramble burritos all around, a smoothie for the kids, coffee for the adults, and done!

    I like to make golden milk oatmeal using soymilk, oats, a little earth balance, tumeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, and lemon. Then I top it with frozen cherries/mixed berries (TJ's) and I have a brazil nut on the side. Its so good.

    So today I woke up VERY early and prepped my breakfast,which was a rolled-oat oatmeal cooked in wheatgrass juice powder, water and unsweetened soy milk. I added 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1tbsp flax seeds. Halfway through cooking I added 2 bananas and cinnamon. And then I topped it off with hemp-seed-peanut-butter and frozen blueberries. And then we got out of school 1h early so I decided to take a walk to a supermarket to buy these amazing protein bars, but unfortunately I couldn’t find them so I ended up buying these vanilla chocolate-chip cookie-dough protein bars, which were really expensive and they had really bad ingredients. Hopefully I can find the ones that I was looking for next time. I also bought ginger because I’m planning to make golden mylk tommorow morning to boil my oats with.
    Now I’m heading home and I’ll have this spinach combination between spinach soup and sauteed spinach, with tofu scramble and whole-wheat bread with pumpking seeds, tomatoes and pickled beetroot.
    Then I have to study and go to my tennis practice and for dinner I’ll probably make a chickpea and vegetable curry served with quinoa and rice and avocado.

    This is a off-video question, but I’m curious on your three’s take. My brother is vegan but he said he may start eating eggs again since he’s planning on getting a few of his own chickens. These chickens will have a happy healthy life and will not be eaten. Since they produce eggs naturally (and he’s not having a rooster so they won’t be fertilized), he’s thinking it may be more ethical to NOT waste them. He became vegan for ethical reasons first, so we had a really interesting talk about it. I’d love to hear your thoughts!

      Did you know that chickens may eat their own eggs if you don't collect them to recover important nutrients like calcium? This is not always something that happens if you are feeding them a supplemented diet that has added calcium, but something to consider.

      Tiffini Ludwig that’s kind of how I feel! I was just interested in other perspectives. For me it seems “ethical” but it’s technically an animal product.... but is it wrong or “unvegan” to eat it in this circumstance?

    Try a plain or another vegan bagel with any type of hummus you like and sautéed mushrooms. Ugh, so yummy and filling! A perfect quick, savory, go-to breakfast.

    Team meat sauce! 😂 That pasta looked really good though. For breakfast I had overnight oats. Oats, chia seeds, almond milk, blueberries, and banana. Lunch I had like a sweet potato salad?? It was greens, hemp seeds, sweet potato, onion, broccoli, and a tahini sauce. Dinner I’m about to have a unfried rice!

    Today I had Lava brand yogurt (my favorite vegan brand by far) with homemade granola and a pre breakfast smoothie on my way to work kale zucchini banana flaxseed chia seed protein powder and water 😋😋😋😋

    Thanks!! I probably had oatmeal. I change it up but I have it with either fruit (I like berries on oatmeal) or granola + almond butter or any combo w/ a little maple syrup & maybe a nut milk. I don't often have creamy options but I'd like to try that.

    Nikki, how is your foragers cashew yogurt so thick? I buy that exact one and its always a lot more liquidy. No way i could “dollop” it on oatmeal like that so i was wondering if you altered it somehow? Thanks!

      I buy it *all the time* and the consistency does seem to vary. My most recent container was thick like that but usually it's very "pour-able" so I wonder if maybe they changed the recipe/formula?

      I am confused....Are you sure you know what "nutrients" actually are? That breakfast has almost every micro and macronutrient.

      @@purplelayne6069 nutrient value on paper doesn't mean thats what your bodies actually absorbing and using. The nutrients in those foods are barely bioavailable. Protein from tofu is terrible.
      Your breakfast is basically all sugar. Nothing substantial to it at all

      For that love of GAWD....why do you care so much about the one random meal I posted on a website out of the 100s I eat a year! Do you just go around making little snide remarks about what people eat? Or do you only do that on vegan sites? Go critique one of these mukbangers or people that only eat animal flesh!
      That being said, Thank you so much for your "concern", but it is not necessary. I eat a variety of foods daily and change my meals up consistently...cause I like variety and do not like eating the same thing over and over. Also, I have been vegan and plant based for over 9 years, and vegetarian one year before that, with absolutely no development of any co-morbidities such as diabetes(from all that fruit sugar), any digestive issues or brain fog or nutritional deficits(per my yearly labs).
