    2 tbsp tahini
    1 generous tbsp Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp maple syrup (or more if desired)
    2 tbsp water

      I think it's amazing that Nisha's sandwich guy caught on that she may be vegan and suggested that. Even I would say yes to the vegan mayo even tho I'm not usually a mayo girl. :)

    I'm obsessed with Russel's shirt!! Russel, what if you bought a regular large bag of mixed fruit and keep a large enough scoop it it for your daily smoothies, or portion them out for the week in reusable containers to keep in the freezer. Just a little switch that would help reduce a lot more plastic :)

    Only breakfast so far. Started out with water, coffee, then breakfast was Silk soy blueberry yogurt with half a banana sprinkled with hemp seeds. I loved seeing the diversity of what everyone eats=something for everyone! Love you guys~xo

    Watching this video while having lunch at my work desk. Love it! You guys are so lucky to have many healthy vegan food options there. A lot of the things are unheard of where I'm from but the food still inspires me! I mostly cook and eat my own food. I had fresh papaya & then some banana pancakes for breakfast, plus coffee with soymilk. Lunch is savoury brown rice porridge with spinach, crumbled tofu, seasoned with cumin, coriander powder and mushroom stock powder. Planning to have a quick dinner tonight most probably oatmeal as I have a movie date with friends. Much love from a lonely ass vegan in a small-ish town across the globe on the island of Borneo!

    I’m not sure if it’s the same for every air fryer but my brand says to keep it 2 feet away from any objects or walls, especially the back and sides of the air fryer, it’s a fire hazard. I noticed Russell has his in the corner, so everyone check your manuals to make sure you’re following the instructions! 👍🏻

    Ooo I really loved Russell’s lunch with the gardein! For breakfast I had coffee and a smoothie, lunch I had a burrito bowl type of dinner, and dinner I had a big salad with Nisha’s buffalo chickpeas actually! Now I want some tea

    You can blend half a cucumber and water for an oil free stir fry sauce, it's actually really good!

      videotapeses what does the cucumber water do for the flavor, for the texture of the stir fry? Do you use this method for anything else? I've heard of using oil, water, broth, but never cucumber water...

    Also, it might be a great idea to also promote that you take a vitamin B12 supplement. It's important to inform and remind everyone of this important nutrient.

    I had a great vegan food day! I had good karma probiotic oat yogurt with hempseeds for breakfast, a chickpea salad sandwich for lunch, two apples for a snack, and for dinner leftover spaghetti squash with a tomato sauce and gardein meatless balls.
    I also do weight watchers and have some points left, I may have some So Delicious non dairy mousse later. 😍 I love watching these videos, it gives me great ideas for future meals.

    Started my day with oatmeal, made with oatmilk ('cause oatmilk is life!), chai-spices, raisins, apple, walnuts, hemp- and lineseeds. Lunch was a salad with leftovers: some lettuce, brown rice, cucumber, red bell pepper, sundried tomatoes, a dollop of houmous and pumpkin seeds. For dinner I tried a new recipe: black bean soup. It was really good! Topped that with radishes, avo and tortilla chips.
    Let's be honest: vegan food is the best :-)

    started my day off with an apple & a banana and some water. for lunch, i had 3 veggie dumplings with a tiny bit of soy sauce and a generous portion of spicy tofu from my local food co-op. and for dinner, i had a homemade soup with cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, red kidney beans, and bulgur wheat. super hearty and high in protein. i had the soup with a banana on the side. :p
    i also drank a whole carton of fortified oat milk on this day... no regrets. lol

    "I'm a salty person"😂 I'm forever saying that from now on when referring to how salty I like my food to be.
    Also, I think the video would flow more nicely if you added a transition with the person that's going to talk, like just the black screen with the name or something similar.

    What i ate in a day vegan style : breakfast - hashbrowns & choc chip pancake w/ blueberries, lunch - tortilla chips and oreos (where i live they are vegan) , dinner - noodle soup and bowl with avocado, potatos, spinach, and bell peppers on the side w/ two corn tortillas

    Nicole, I am hooked on that Caramel tea! Great on its own, but I also love it with some dark chocolate. I had oatmeal for breakfast with berries and almond butter. Then I had homemade bibimbap for lunch with rice, lentils, Napa cabbage, red cabbage, scallions, sriracha and soy sauce. I'll have an apple with almond butter before the gym and for dinner I'm having this amazing curry with sweet potatoes and a bunch of other veggies. Thin Mints Girl Scout Cookies for dessert!

    Travel Tip: book a vegan meal +48 hours before your flight. Free of charge and increases the demand for vegan food. Plus it's effortless and usually very good!

      emily mitchell heya! i’m down between 15-20 lbs since october. i’ve been a lifetime member since 2008 and i’m trying to get back to my goal weight and then maintain after that. i have about 10ish to go :) my back pain always starts to creep back around when i go over my goal weight and then gets exponentially worse as i gain weight so i want to get to a more comfortable place and then maintain so i don’t have to deal with the pain so much but i also just love the ww way of eating, adapted for vegan of course :)

      Caitlyn Aasman it’s cheese! Just kidding LOL it’s actually a bread baking technique where you brush the top with room temp water after the final proving. That when when it’s placed in the oven, the crust blisters making it flaky and light instead of dense and flat! I’m a food nerd 🤓 so this maybe tmi but I thought you’d appreciate it since you asked!! Mmmmm bread 😍

      Eat more whole foods. Do not buy processed vegan food cause it’s not always healthy and it’s expensive! I lost 11 pounds first month I went vegan by eating very minimal processed foods and focused on eating calorie dense whole food. The app My Fitness Pal helped me keep me on track.

    I'm so happy and I eat whatever I like. Most people claim that they are vegan because they don't want to eat animals, but guess what they are dead and packaged and I'm just benefiting from the nutrition that they offer. I'm so happy and I just want to let any non-vegans that read this know that it's okay and you shouldn't feel pressured to eat a certain way especially if you are eating a diet that doesn't make you feel hungry or suffer from any complications
