    Breakfast was peanut butter on raisin toast with hemp seeds
    This is nice with strawberries or bananas on top also

    Cava is one of my favorite food places EVER!!! I was just eating it for lunch as i watched this video! So happy to see other vegans enjoying it as well :) I tend to skip breakfast most days, so Cava was my breakfast/lunch for today! Thanks for the great video, ladies!

    I’ve been very curious about plant based diets for a while now and have been thinking that incorporating plant based meals into my diet will help me become healthier and I also just like to try new things. Been watching a bunch of videos and stumbled across this video and I’m so glad I did! Just ordered my first week of purple carrot meals and I’m so excited to try them and to get a jump start into eating plant based meals! Thank you so much :)

    Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! I get up at 4am for work so a lot of my meals are prepped in advanced. Green smoothies, chia pudding, overnight oats are my go-to's. All are easy to slightly change up just from what would be in my fridge/freezer. ❤❤

    Breakfast was pretty mellow today. I used the Strength Blendtopia smoothie package with added protein powder & maca. 🥤
    Lunch is obviously the best meal 🙌🏻

Re: breakfast: For years I've had smoothies almost every morning, until Nicole and other youtubers turned me on to oats (cooked or raw) with almond butter, walnuts, bananas, cherries and berries.     Everything looks so good! This makes me want to try purple carrot!
    My favorite meal is probably dinner because I usually cook something really good and I love sit down family time together.
    I do love breakfast too though. I usually make oatmeal for my kids and myself, sometimes toast with different toppings and lately once a week I’ve been making baked sweet potatoes topped with almond butter, bananas, chia seeds and cinnamon. It’s super good!

    Hi! I'm Heidi Cecilie, my favourite meal is breakfast (Nikki you understand my love for it) and today's brekkie was a green smoothie bowl with kale, a tropical frozen fruit blend, tofu, protein powder, soy milk and some delicious toppings like hemp seeds, berries, granola and peanut butter!

    Love you guys! I like classic breakfasts bc I usually eat at work. Trader Joe's has teeny tiny avocados I bring with Ezekiel bread and topped with everything but the bagel seasoning or hot sauce. Or oatmeal with brown sugar :)

    In the summer on a work day I make overnight oats. In the winter on a work day I make regular oats with fruit. On weekends it is either smoothie bowls, hashbrowns or tofu scramble.

    I had a smoothie bowl with 1 big handful of spinach, - gotta get those greens! - 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 frozen banana, 2 tbsp hemp seeds, 2 tbsp almond butter, a few mango chucks, and 1/4 - 1/2 cup almond milk. Topped with cacao nibs, more banana, coconut chips and my favorite Granola, “Bear Naked” granola. Yummy 😋!!

    Unfortunately, I had some golden oreos for breakfast today. Not typical for me, but it happens sometimes LOL. My favorite meal is dinner. I was never really a fan of breakfast or breakfast foods. Nikki, I love walnuts with dates. So good.

    You reminded me I had bought a whole bag of Medjool dates from Thrive Market a while ago and have been afraid to try so tonight I tried them for the first time and they were surprisingly really good! Just like caramel :) And for breakfast I had a peach and cinnamon raisin toast.

    Tofu scramble with cherry tomatoes and follow your heart cheddar cheese topped with cilantro and Chalula chipotle hot sauce in a flour tortilla. If I prep then I will put boiled potatoes. Prefect protein filled breakfast!

    100% vegan delis are too rare. There's this one at Reading Terminal Market in Philly. I had to stay over there three days, and I went there five times. They had vegan reubens, vegan lox bagels with cream cheese/capers/onions/lettuce, all that stuff. Where has that been all my life?

    Could you guys do a video discussing vegan dog and cat food? Im thinking about adopting a cat. Rather be able to just get a better quality non vegan cat food but I dont want to contribute to suffering still. I dont know if I can afforded vegan cat food currently or if it's good enough. I think this would be a great topic.

    Can you be vegan and not like bananas? Seriously, I look at all the smoothy recipes and wonder what I could substitute for the bananas. Also, Hannah I can't drizzle either. LOL.

      I think in one of Nikki's videos she said you can sub zucchini for bananas in smoothies and it works well 🌱💖

      Haha I don’t like bananas! Most of the time I just leave out a banana in a smoothie recipient or sub in strawberries or mangos. Full fat Coconut milk is a good sub if you are looking for creamy sub vs a sweetness sub. My go to smoothie recipient is just mixed berries, spinach, protein powder and plant milk though!

    Aren’t you guys L.A. based? Why weren’t you at the Animal Rights March in DTLA this past week? Isn’t veganism all about the animals/animal liberation...or is it just about the selfies, food photos and getting TH-cam views? Genuinely not trying to sound rude, I just think it’s important (especially as “TH-cam influencers”) to really represent and show your followers what being vegan is all about. It’s not about the pretty food and pretty faces...it’s about being a voice for the voiceless. Talking about food and interviewing doctors is great but we also need to be reminded as to WHY we are vegan in the first place. Something to consider...
