3:05 if the kidney couldn't filter salt, it would have close to 0 gfr. So no it's more likely that higher bp is to get the blood flowing in the kidney under inflammation/swelling.
The proper way to deal with autoimmunity is to strengthen regulatory t cells (vitamin D, C etc)

I didnt have a problem until I got the covid vaccine moderna and then all of a sudden I have IGA?
Same here. Got Johnson vaccin and now I have IGA.
