Great video, but I do not understand why the hyline deposits develop - I mean I got that the albumin links with the AGEs and then cause vascular deposits and vessel injury. But why there is also hyalin deposits?

The afferent and efferent hyaline arteriosclerosis are pathognomonic of diabetic nephropathy. The capsular drop might be, but some other renal pathologist say they are not. Any opinion?
