Aw man thank you! Color grading breakdown definitely sounds interesting 😎. I’m trying to make more videos on TH-cam, would love to chat with you about that haha. Thanks for popping by!
That’s such a great point. I usually have the dead cat on but forgot for this video, ended up shooting the entire thing and i was regretting it while editing. Sorry about that haha.
Friendly reminder that kindness is free. It's his video and channel, he can do whatever he wants. I have no problem with the audio, you just brought up something out of nothing. I've dealt with nitpickers like you always have so much to say but no work to show for it. Be kind, it doesn't cost a dollar. If you don't like, stop watching his videos
@@Oreocycllo naw man thanks for standing up for me. You can’t achieve greatness in this world without haters bro 😎👊🏻. And also I’m not too bothered by it man. The world has way more to offer than a bad comment haha! I’ll just stay true to making good videos for my subscribers!
I personally use iphone video because of the reliability. I prioritise run-and-gun situations when mobile filmmaking. there are much better camera systems out now on the android side but in my opinion IOS feels more stable and reliable. At least in my experience!
@@angelopoulis5825 I have a mix of lights actually. I currently use the zhiyun Molus x60 RGB for the backlight . I also mentioned the Yongnuo lux RGB but I interchange it every now and then as a fill light using the normal daylight mode and RGB if I need to. The reason I use the zhiyun one is cus I need to mount it rlly high and running a cable at that height is troublesome, so I use its battery grip. Hmm i didn’t touch on this a lot in the video cus I wanted to cover more stuff without making the video too long. Maybe I should create another separate lighting video
I didn’t say budget 😂 I said affordable. Because affordability is relative to the options out there, so looking at the fx30 and other full frame cameras, I’d say the fx30 is quite bang for buck
@ it’s not affordable to many people either 😂 You can get cameras that are A LOT affordable and get similar results and they don’t need to be full frame
@@gary.likes.photos sure then I’ll clarify here then. I’m personally using a ZVE10. And I think my point in the video is to get across also that so many other aspects matter. Such as lighting. The iPhone example was also trying to show that good lighting matters more. I love creating videos with limitations and I also started off with an A6400. I hope you get that it’s all semantics here. My general point is that I want to teach more aspiring filmmakers how to create good quality videos with what they have on hand. Maybe I can create a video showcasing $30 light setups, or even a whole video shot with a phone. Would that be an interesting idea in your opinion?
@@_Diditee_ I’d love to see that. And I’m sorry if I’m coming across as a bit of an a** but it frustrates me when gear is portrayed as affordable, or whatever, because some won’t know better and end up spending more than needed - especially if they’re just starting out. I loved the video though, and it’s the first time I’ve seen one of yours. I’ll definitely check out more!
@ ayy no worries man, trust me I get it hahaha. I used the canon 60D for longer than I should. I didn’t come from a silver spoon background and seeing people call the A7iii cheap back in the day breaks my heart and shows me how poor I am HAHA. I think I should’ve just explained how the fx30 was quite bang for buck considering the specs it packs at its price. You’ve given me a good perspective, maybe I’ll even look into reviewing and comparing different cameras in the future. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my work Gary! I hope to see you more often!

There is such a thing as too much mist filter.
Also, you can get a deadcat for that mic so we don't hear every breath or spit
