    From Beth:
With Chef AJ's help I lost 80 pounds and completely eliminated once debilitating migraines.
I went from wearing size 2XL down to size 4-6, and have maintained since 2018.
What I love about Chef AJ's program is that I am NEVER hungry. I don't weigh or measure my food, count points or calories, or restrict portion sizes. I eat when I am hungry, stop when full, and no longer have food cravings.
Chef AJ showed me specifically what I had to do to lose weight, have more energy, and get healthier.
The eating style Chef AJ teaches has been life-changing for me, and it can be life changing for you, too

Inspiring. I was shocked at how much my taste buds have changed. I actually like vegetables without butter and/or added salt.

Another comment- I fully believe my current success is watching/listening to a WFPB guru a few times per week, to continue to learn and keep on track, since the March 2022 Lose Weight With A Full Plate 21 day program got me back on track! I appreciate all of the online info that is available!

Me too, Heather! I listen to a Nathan Pritikin video that's 6 1/2 hours long, parts of it occasionally, but many other videos, too, including Mcdougall.
I'm a big believer that what we see and watch regularly molds our behavior, for good or bad. I avoid media that has negative messages of many types. I used to be lackadaisical about it but now I draw the line.

Thank you for sharing, I am inspired and can’t wait to try this for myself. I also suffer from migraines and have done WW a number of times. Lifetime membership didn’t stick. Hopefully this will.

The Rx I take for migraines definitely works but eating WFPB greatly reduced them.

Actually. I was 235 LBS. Had migraines when the weather got bad. also had allergies. lost most of it on a basic low calorie high protein diet. We eat plant based now, since my husband was treated for Prostate Cancer. I still have lots of energy, no more migraines.

I agree Chef AJ, it's easier to stay on the program when there are health issues vs just weight. I have Autoimmune health issues, and being compliant is so easy

Really love this interview. Congrats to Beth and how hard she has worked to do what she has done, very inspiring. I've had a similar experience with WW and struggling with migraines so I can really relate.

Dear AJ..Thanks so much for mentioning that high histamine foods cause migraines. They also cause hives, horrible Itching, etc. So many people don't know which foods those are, even though many are plant- based. Could you consider doing a utube specifically on this issue? I'm asking because even if we go all plant based, volumetric and unprocessed, the high histamine foods can prevent success if a person is histamine intolerant.. and the person won't have a clue what is wrong! Chocolate, any aged or fermented foods, vinegar, many other foods including some fruits and veggies are high histamine. Please think about it. You're the best!! Thank you for everything you do for us..

    I appreciate these interviews.
It would have been nice to hear more detail and specifics about what type of vegetables and how they are cooked and if any sauces are used.
That is my big problem. I cannot eat vegetables without some type of sauce

Two of my favorites are the dijon balsamic glazed brussel sprouts from AJ's book and roasted veggies. I cut the veggies, (usually onions, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes) toss them with onion powder, garlic powder, and kirkland no salt seasoning then roast in oven or air fryer at 400 for around 25 minutes.

Thank you for this , it's such an inspiration to listen. I listen to Dr Neil Nedley, I don't know if you heard of him. He works at an Adventist hospital. He said that it takes 60 - 90 days to change your taste for food. He said - you don't eat what you like you like what you eat! So if we hold on to a new way of eating for like 3 months we will change the way we eat,and like it. So interesting.
    Thanks from Sweden Scandinavia ❤️

They're fine to eat, but they have more fat so you may have to limit them depending on your goal
