    Carrie M. Wrigley, LCSW, is a counselor, mother of five, and author of the book “Your Happiness Toolkit: 16 Strategies For Overcoming Depression, and Building and Joyful, Fulfilling Life,” as well as an accompanying Happiness Toolkit Workbook and audiobook.
    Carrie is also a popular teacher and speaker, who teaches strategies for strengthening mental health, positive relationships, and increased joy in life.
    Carrie is passionate about providing her clients, students, and family with powerful strategies for building physical and mental health, and maintaining these throughout life. An important part of her prescription for wellness includes a whole-foods, plant-based diet, which nourishes not just the body but also the brain, and helps prevent and reverse diseases and disorders of both body and brain.
    As a mental health professional, Carrie has been delighted to observe in her own life, her family, and counseling practice, the many psychological as well as physical benefits of healthy eating and lifestyle.
    She has seen improvements in these areas transform many lives, beginning with her own - helping to prevent and reverse depression, anxiety, and other increasingly common mental health challenges - as well as contributing to physical wellness, healthy weight, disease prevention, and longevity.
    Carrie loves sharing a message of hope, health, and happiness - online as well as in person. She co-hosted 8 episodes of a podcast, “Look Up and Move Forward,” sharing many of her tools and insights for building greater wellness, inside and out.
