Sir 🙏. Very well explained. I am suffering from nasal congestion especially at night, for many years. Which specific asan or pranayam will be helpful? Please tell me. I learnt yoga when was 12 years since then regularly I used do for many years but in between I left but recently for the past one year I have started to do once again. But problem is not solved.
