What do you think it means for God to be a Universalist? Could it mean that divine love is truly without boundaries, embracing all? Share your thoughts below-I’d love to hear how this perspective resonates with you. Also, if you’ve been inspired by the mystics, which teachings have shifted your understanding the most?

Smith Wigglesworth. What I’ve learned from him is that His entire confidence is always in the Spirit of God. The Spirit is always willing, no respecter of persons, just doing what grace & love does…giving life freely.

My dear brother, it is so wonderful, this LOVE, this Glorious, Infinite, Creative Essence, this Oneness of All....PEACE....
I'm so happy to hear of your experience of "God" as no longer far off or even near, but in, through and AS you. Perfect from the beginning and remembering now. Bless you and thank you for sharing!

So interesting that quote. It's true mystics never quarel with other mystics. I have had a few mystical experiences and that's all I want to do, is to figure out how to get back to that love.

This is so good! I went from being an agnostic to Christianity in my mid 40's. Early in my Christian walk I was introduced to writings of mystics like Teresa de Avila, St. John of the Cross, Brother Lawrence and others. Now 20 years later, i believe that has helped me to be open to teachings of people I consider modern mystics such as yourself. I love Richard Rohr, by the way.
And, yes, I agree that as my heart is opened to deeper understanding I am settling more and more into a beautiful sense of pure Love and Peace.
    Thank you! Be blessed❤

The finite mind is the infinite, think about that

    • @maxwhiteops
      @maxwhiteops 28 วันที่ผ่านมา

This implies a hard and fast separation between our minds and the mind of God. There are distinctions but they also overlap in a way that doesn't break the continuity. We are all God. We recursively define the mind of God, so

    Thank you for this, Logan.
'''The finite mind cannot know the infinite'' is spot on. It is the same message Isaiah 55:8 - 9 says as ''my thoughts are not your thoughts and my ways are not your ways....so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.'' Theology cannot comprehend God. It is for this reason that Jesus tells both Nicodemus and his disciples that they have to ''lift up the Son of man [transcend the human consciousness]'' to know one's own Divinity; within each individual.

@@mysticalprofessor6905 I'm just looking for a simple explanation. Last time in listened to someone talk about mysticism they sounded like they belonged in the loony bin so I don't know if they didn't know what they were talking about,.or if aliens, reptilians and floating out of your body and going to a different dimension with strange creatures is part of it, but none if that is real so I didn't believe him. There must be something small you can give me. You said you had mystical experiences so tell me some that happened to you.

I to was raised 4th generation, very dogmatic fundamentalist christian. No judgement, no condemnation on those still there. But Spirit began early in my life to help me "see" and brought me out of that thinking into the same space that your in. I love your work, its changing the world and giving people permission to come out of all the fear, control and manipulation of the religious genre into a true experience of who they really are. Blessings

Wow, thank you for sharing that! We’ve walked similar paths. If you’re interested, I host monthly Satsang meetings with like-minded individuals who are on the journey of awakening (many of them are like us with a background in fundamentalist religion). These meetings are a safe space of non-judgement where we are growing together through group meditation and fellowship. I can send you more information if you’d like. Thanks!

I quite agree Logan. We are of a dual nature, male and female. Are female side, just as in the physical world,is the creator, the one that grows babies inside her body. Of course she can’t do it without sperm. Our mind, the masculine side believes, and our female side brings it into reality for us. She is very much like a slave. She works miracles for us. If you believe that you can’t do something, she’ll show you that you can’t. If you believe that you can do something, she’ll show you that you can. If you don’t like who you are,you have believe that you can break continuity with your personal history and be someone new! The Bible story of eating of the fruit of good and evil is a symbolic reference of a change that took place in man from a direct connection to Source to a movement into reason. Which is thought and the ego. The female side got locked out of her position as an equal partner to the male, being forced down by our incessant internal dialogue. She only gets to get out when we’re so tired that the internal dialogue shuts off. She comes out and communicates to us through our dreams. Language isn’t her thing. She understands our feelings and our mental pictures. If,when falling asleep, you can have it together enough, you can give her images about things you want,or things you want to be. In her mind, being and having are the same. The internal dialogue is in direct correlation to the frequency of our brain waves. When they drop below 12 cycles per second dreams begin. That’s why we’ve been advised to “be still, and know that I Am God(we all refer to ourselves in our own mind as,”I am”. I am hungry,I am tired.) it’s saying be still and know that you are God! This is why meditation is so important. It separates you from who you believe you are. Thinking burns up a tremendous amount of energy. If you can save that energy up through shutting off the internal dialogue, that saved energy automatically brings you greater awareness. Oneness with God is oneness with Total Awareness,Total Consciousness, and total Freedom. Of course you you lose yourself in the process. So,in order to be everything, you have to be nothing!

Theologians may quarrel but the mystics speak the same language? Not the same language.
The Bible teaches you are a sinner saved by grace through faith and not by works.
The Mystics say you have to work to Ascend reaching enlightenment. Christ Consciousness essentially you can become a God.
Timothy 4.1 - The spirit says that in the latter days people will depart from the faith and follow seducing spirits, things taught by Demons.
Jesus Christ is the Truth the Way and the Life. 😊

    • @ShadowveilFox

The Bible is a tool made by manipulative men who use a technique called gaslighting, which is a psychological manipulation tactic to convince you thst you're wrong and a bad person and need to be saved. But the book tells you that this god is the one that put you in danger in the first place...so you are willingly submitting you will, bodyand mind, and who you are, to a slaver, and you've become convinced the slaver is a good being. You've become convinced that when he punishes you, somehow deserve it. The sacrifice story doesn't even make any sense.
This God curses all of humanity because he stupidly out 2 beings in a garden with a big forbidden object smack dab in the middle, the 2 people have no idea what right and wrong is all they're extremely naïve at this point and therefore would be bound to make mistakes, and then puts a talking snake in there for f knows what, and the first thing it does is tells Eve to eat the fruit and she does because she doesn't know any better. So this God is upset over his own mistake yet punishes them anyway, but not just them, EVERY human born from there until the end of time, undeservingly has this curse that only his son can undo. Then he thinks killing his son removes the curse, but the curse is still around so what was the point of the sacrifice AND he undid the sacrifice by resurrecting...
How do you not see the major flaws with this??

People say god is a religionist
Christian’s say god only wants to know if you believe in Jesus period Jesus is a prejudiced Christian according to them only accepts Christian’s
Now Jews say clearly god wrote in the Torah that HE hates everyone thinks of them as lowly
Except for Jews they are wonderful and loved also HE only loves Israel and speaks only Hebrew
    Muslims say Allah or bust
Now You come along looking like Bono claiming
    God is an Universalist
    Really ????
    When did this happen????
    What is a universalist????????
