Real talk I’m 285LBS and I do 3 sets of 1 minute planks I started this passed Sunday after today it will be a week since I been doing it & I been feeling great 👍 every time I do it I feel it in my arms stomach I feel a little bit more stronger

It's against the law to breathe or count whilst performing a plank. You have to scream at the top of your lungs for the entire sixteen seconds that you hold the plank or the police will kick in your door and throw you in a cell until you learn how plank the correct, lawful way.
For some reason planks don’t work for me, I retract my shoulders, squeeze my gluteus, look straight forward and don’t sag, and ik for a fact it’s not because I have strong abs because I haven’t worked them out for a year, I could probably do a 30 min plank but my arms get tired or I get bored before I even feel a sensation in my abs. Could anyone help me? Is there some secret that switches on the intensity?

I had back pain trying these at first. But then I looked at my posture in a mirror while doing these and saw I was dipping pretty low.. try to raise yourself a little higher and see if the pain goes away. Idk. I'm no expert but it helped me

What if nose blocked?
Her lower back is not in a straight line with the rest of the body. It is curved downwards, which will put extra strain on her lower back.
